This Osteo-Care Fitness Nurse has worked in gyms and in nursing homes for over 25 years and has seen what happens when you lose your strength and flexibility.

You may want to do 'cardio' for whatever reason, but this class is for those women who want to restore their bones and stay out of the nursing home and reduce their waist size.  And you must start now!

We do 20 minutes of upper body strengthening, 10 minutes of lower body strengthening and 30 minutes of total body stretching!

It feels wonderful!

Trust me, this is what you need to stay functional with your ADL's (Activities of Daily Living), not 5-6 hours a week on a treadmill!
Remember walking is NOT an exercise modality!  It's a 'calorie burn'.  Actually too much of it can harm your joints because it doesn't strengthen anything, but it does make you tighter!
No wasted time is spent on useless repetitive exercises that don't serve you on how you need to exercise as you get older.  These useless repetitive exercises might even harm you or make your current limitation worse!

After 25 years in the fitness business and 15 years as a registered nurse, I designed a workout that will work your body totally without overworking your joints and you will feel immediate results that will keep you coming back.

Strengthen & Stretch classes will be taught your group for 4-6 week sessions at your location for your members and/or employees.  Not a lot of space required to utilize these
bone-building exercises.
